TikTok does not offer a simple way to save the original original file. With an online parser, you can download the source video in a few steps.
Step 1: Copy the TikTok share link
Open the video in the TikTok app or website, tap Share, and choose Copy Link. On the website you can also copy the full URL from the address bar.
Links usually start with https://www.tiktok.com/@user/video/... or https://vm.tiktok.com/... and both formats are supported.
Step 2: Download the MP4 on a computer
Open the TikTok downloader, paste the link, and click Parse. The tool returns a preview and the original video address.
Click Download Video to save the MP4. If the platform returns separate audio and video tracks, use the one-click merge button to create a complete file.
Step 3: Save to your camera roll on mobile
After parsing in a mobile browser, tap download to open the system share sheet. Choose Save Video or Save to Files.
If the share sheet does not appear, open the video in a new tab and long-press it to save.
What to do when parsing fails
Make sure the post is public. Private accounts and region-restricted content cannot be parsed.
Some music or copyright-limited posts only return a platform-returned address. Try a different network or use the available address shown on the page.
Quick steps
- 1.Copy the TikTok share link
- 2.Paste it into the online tool and parse
- 3.Click Download Video in the result
- 4.Save the file on PC or use the share sheet on mobile
