Reel links contain /reel/, carousels contain /p/, and older videos may use /tv/.

Android: check the file manager
After parsing, tap Download. The video usually goes to Download or Movies.
If the gallery does not show it, open the file manager first before downloading again.
iPhone: use the share sheet
On iPhone, tap Download and choose Save Video in the share sheet.
If the share sheet does not appear, open the video in a new tab and long-press to save.

Make sure the post is public. Private and followers-only content cannot be parsed.
Switch between Wi-Fi and mobile data, then copy the full link again.
